MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Matt!

As founder of Dealer Product Solutions I have spent more than a decade working alongside dealerships, F&I departments, and automotive partners across the country.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique privilege of speaking with both vendors and dealers nationwide. One thing became very clear to me — too many dealerships were being placed into rigid, cookie-cutter programs that didn’t truly fit their store, their team, or their customers.

That’s why I started Dealer Product Solutions.

My goal has always been simple: give dealerships the flexibility to run their business their way, while still providing the products, ideas, and support that help them increase profitability and deliver real value to their customers.

Because I work with both vendors and dealers across the country, I’m able to bring a broader industry perspective to the dealerships I support. Many stores only see what they’ve experienced within their own operation — I have the opportunity to see what’s working across the industry and help dealers apply those ideas in ways that fit their unique culture and goals.

More than anything, I believe the best vendor relationships feel more like true partnerships. I’m always happy to share ideas, connect people, and support fellow members of the Automotive Partners Association.
